And on December 1st of any year, I think it’s normal to reflect on how you used the last 11 months.
But on December 1st of 2020, I hope you’ll give yourself a little grace if progress was fleeting this year.
I’m trying to make the most of the next month by setting up some positive habits that will carry me into the New Year. Because even when you can’t move your big goals forward, you can build a stronger foundation for your life with small, every day changes.

And in the wake of the pandemic, it seems that many young people want comfort and stability more than they want a meaningful career.
