Mute all phone notifications. Nobody needs that negativity in their life.
Send someone a text telling them you love them.
Look at pictures of your pets, or check out the epic pet content on Instagram.
These tips will not help long term, but if you just need to free yourself of a stressful afternoon, give one of them a try. Every little bit helps.
