When I heard that line on the Happier in Holly wood podcast, it hit me like a ton of bricks. A life-long procrastinator, the weight of the undone, the unfinished is often hanging from my neck like a yoke. And after Sloane was born, I felt that weight grow every day.
So I created the “pick-up morning” to save me from the tasks I haven’t started.
